After cleansing, prep the skin with a toner (gel starter) if needed.Using the enclosed spatula, dispense a capsule and apply evenly over the face.
Start with one capsule and gradually adjust the amount as needed.
• Day (Skin Protection) Apply and gently crush 1–2 capsules into the skin and allow it to absorb.
• Night (Skin Balance) Apply and gently crush 2–3 capsules into the skin and allow it to absorb.
Finish with VIBANQUENTMANKA Lotion to help support the effectiveness of the capsule formula and leave the skin feeling comfortably protected.
TIP
If your skin shows signs of sensitivity, start with half a capsule or one capsule.
In the evening, after cleansing, use the capsule like a soothing mask and finish with lotion to help provide more intensive overnight care.
On days when soothing care is needed, use up to three capsules. As your skin feels more comfortable, one capsule may be sufficient.
As the skin gradually regains its balance, a reduced amount of use may reflect an improved skin condition finding its natural rhythm.
