After cleansing, refine skin pH balance with toner (Gel Starter).
Rub palms together for about 10 seconds to warm them. Dispense 3 drops of Blue Blood into the palms and gently press over the face to absorb.
Apply an additional 5 drops evenly over the face and press lightly with the palms for absorption.
